Required Experience & Skills
High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy office environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
Ability to interact professionally with drivers, vendors, production staff, and visitors
Strong data entry and general office support skills

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, vendors, delivery drivers, and employees professionally
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and package deliveries
Assist with scheduling appointments and office coordination tasks
Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative support duties
Communicate with production, shipping/receiving, and office personnel as needed
Maintain visitor logs, sign-in procedures, and basic security protocols
Order and track office supplies while maintaining inventory levels
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Work Environment

Frequent interaction with office staff, production personnel, vendors, and drivers
