Hours
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm
2 days a week at the Norton location
3 days a week at the Canton location
Pay
$18.00 per hour
Pay is based on experience
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and make calls as needed
Schedule appointments
Greet customers and visitors
Maintain filing and data entry systems
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Perform other office duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of experience in an office setting
Excellent communication skills
Above-average computer skills
Attention to detail
Patience and understanding
Nice to Have Skills
Previous receptionist or administrative experience
Knowledge of office software and scheduling tools
Preferred Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year office experience
Other Requirements
This position is on-site at Canton and Norton, Ohio
