Education Required:
High school diploma or GED
Experience Required:
General office experience;
One to three years clerical experience preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
Strong written and verbal communication abilities; Computer and clerical skills; Proficient keyboarding skills; Ability to operate multi-phone system; Bilingual English/Spanish a must
Physical/Mental Demands:
Work with frequent interruptions; Maintain emotional control under stress
