RECEPTIONIST and CLIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (On-site)
Employment Type: Temporary-to-Permanent after 13 weeks
Compensation : Start at $24-$26/Hr or $50,000 - 55,000/year with future incentive plan to be

Position Summary:
As a Receptionist and Client Care Representative, your role is to be the welcoming face for the
clients with a mission is to ensure our clients feel seen, heard, and protected. While you will
manage financial portfolios, "your north star" is the client relationship. You aren’t just
managing assets; you are managing the transition into a client’s golden years, providing a
steady hand through life’s most significant changes. Your role is an essential part of maintaining
smooth daily operations in a busy, team-oriented environment.
In our Scottsdale office, you will serve as a dedicated concierge for our families, ensuring that
every interaction with our firm is marked by warmth, clarity, and proactive care.

simple, actionable advice.

Responsibilities:
Greet and warmly welcome clients upon arrival
Answer inbound calls with patience and professionalism
Assist clients with forms and respond to their questions
Manage appointment scheduling and send reminder calls
Communication: Support email management and clear communication
Client Check-in: Update staff promptly upon client arrival
Maintain reception area: Maintain a clean, calm, and inviting reception area
Collaborate with internal team: (15+ members) to ensure seamless client service
Assist clients weekly during in-person interactions
Additional tasks: various other tasks may be assigned as part of a cooperative team
Roles and Duties :
Relationship Stewardship: Serve as the primary point of contact, building deep, multi-
generational relationships that go beyond balance sheets.
Proactive Outreach: Maintain a high-touch communication calendar, reaching out to
clients not just for market updates, but for birthdays, anniversaries, and "just because"
check-ins.
Onboarding Excellence: Guide new clients through the transition to our firm with a
concierge approach, making complex paperwork feel seamless and stress-free.
Family Wealth Coordination: Facilitate Family Legacy meetings to help clients
communicate their financial wishes to their adult children and heirs.
Educational Advocacy: Host small-group workshops and client appreciation events
designed to empower retirees with knowledge and community.
Crisis Support: Act as a calm, empathetic resource for clients navigating difficult life
events, such as the loss of a spouse or a health crisis, ensuring their financial plan adapts
to their new reality.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in financial services, specifically within a fiduciary
or RIA environment and experience in medical office, insurance.
Credentials:
o State Life & Health Insurance License (Required)
o CFP® or RICP® designations are highly preferred.
Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the unique demographic needs of the
Scottsdale/Phoenix snowbird and retiree community.
Software Proficiency: Experience with CRM (SalesForce/Wealthbox/Redtail), Google
Suite(Email, Text, Google Sheets, Document sharing),Electronic phone systems(Vonage,
RingCentral), Virtual Meetings (Zoom, Google Meet) financial planning software
(eMoney /Money GuidePro), and portfolio management tools, Familiar with AI Tools
such(Gemini, Chat GPT)
