Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Location: Naples, FL
Salary: $21 - $26 per hour; commensurate with experience

Our client, a highly respected professional services organization, is seeking a Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to support its Naples office. This position offers the opportunity to join a collaborative, client-focused team in a polished office environment.

What you'll be doing:
• Professionally answer and direct incoming calls
• Greet clients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office distribution
• Maintain reception, hospitality, and conference room areas
• Coordinate conference room scheduling, meetings, catering, and audio/visual set up
• Assist with meeting preparation, room set up, and break down
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and office team members
• Assist with billing, invoicing, time entry, expense reimbursements, and payment requests
• Prepare and format correspondence, letters, and memoranda
• Maintain digital files and documentation in accordance with internal procedures
• Respond to requests with urgency while effectively managing competing priorities
• Provide additional office and administrative support as needed

What you'll need:
• Minimum of 3 years of receptionist, administrative, or office support experience preferred
• Experience working within a professional services firm is strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook; Excel experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor, appearance, and reliability
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Experience with document management systems such as iManage or Filesite is a plus
