We are seeking a Receptionist Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls, check and distribute voicemails to appropriate person
  • Implement organized filing systems
  • Order and maintain office supply
  • Perform all other office tasks needed to help in office staff
