General Responsibilities:

The Receptionist (Administrative Assistant I) is responsible for creating a positive first impression for our company. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere. Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

Priority job duties:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, ensuring a prompt and courteous response.
  • Greet and assist visitors, offering guidance and a warm welcome to our office.

Secondary job duties:

  • Manage and maintain a tidy and well-stocked reception area and break room.

  • Keep track of office supply inventory and orders as needed.

  • Assist with scheduling conference rooms for meetings and appointments.
