This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily office operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Administrative Support
Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries professionally
Welcome and assist office visitors
Provide exceptional customer service to owners, tenants, vendors, and Realtors
Assist with general administrative tasks and office projects
Maintain accurate records and data entry within company software systems
Leasing & Property Management Support
Coordinate and schedule property showings through ShowMojo
Follow up with prospective tenants and lead inquiries
Assist Realtors with scheduling appointments and property access
Schedule routine property inspections
Support move-in and move-out processes, including documentation, key management, and collection of required funds
Communicate with tenants, owners, vendors, and team members through email, chat platforms, and property management software
Marketing & Social Media Support
Assist with social media management and content posting on:
X (Twitter)
Google Business Profile
Utilize scheduling platforms such as Loomly to manage content calendars
Assist with rental marketing efforts and listing updates
Support MLS-related tasks, including Stellar MLS updates and listing coordination
Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Previous property management experience preferred
Experience with AppFolio and ShowMojo is a plus
Experience with MLS listings or rental marketing preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Comfortable learning new technology and software systems
Schedule & Benefits
Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
30-minute unpaid lunch break
Two paid 10-minute breaks (morning and afternoon)
80 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) available after one year of employment
Training provided on company systems and procedures
