With panoramic views of the D.C. skyline and a legacy of hospitality spanning more than a century, WGCC offers an extraordinary member and guest experience- and we're looking for a part-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and service-oriented. Availability to work weekends is a non-negotiable requirement. This role serves as a key point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a welcoming experience while maintaining efficient front desk operations.
Responsible to provide reception and administrative support with emphasis on the front entrance/front desk by transferring calls, directing members and guests to areas of the Club and handling special requests exceeding expectations of the membership; also responsible for enforcing the policies and procedures of the Club on a consistent basis, programming the Signera, editing and posting to website and setting up functions in the website and making reservations; coordinating blast emails and creating/communicating special events flyers.
