Job Title: Receiving Dock Coordinator
Pay: Competitive hourly rate

As a Receiving Dock Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring products are received, documented, and prepared for shipment while maintaining safety and accuracy. You'll work closely with the warehouse team to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

As a Receiving Dock Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Receiving inbound shipments and documenting receipt using proper paperwork and inspection procedures
Filling out and maintaining accurate inbound logs and Lot numbers for products
Preparing outgoing orders for staging and shipping, including filling out outbound logs and ensuring order accuracy
Operating tow motors and forklifts safely, conducting daily inspections before shifts
Loading trucks and verifying items against work orders to ensure correctness
Pulling, staging, and repacking products as needed, following detailed instructions
Generating inventory and shipping labels using Vistatrac software
Segregating and labeling damaged or contaminated products according to safety standards
Maintaining a clean, organized work environment and adhering to OSHA safety policies
Managing inventory movement and documentation meticulously
Performing other duties as assigned to support the warehouse operations

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

At least 1 year of experience in shipping and receiving operations
Ability to read and understand simple instructions and write clear documentation
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Experience operating tow motors and forklifts safely
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and labeling
Dependability and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
