Receiving Coordinator

Location: Northwest Houston (Willowbrook Area)
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Now hiring a Receiving Coordinator for a manufacturing facility in the Willowbrook area. This role supports daily inbound shipments, forklift operations, and inventory control. If you have warehouse or manufacturing experience and can handle both paperwork and material movement, this is a steady full-time opportunity.

Job Highlights:

• $18/hr with consistent weekday schedule
• Day shift with overtime hours built into the schedule
• Hands-on role combining forklift work and inventory tracking
• Monthly catered lunch

What You’ll Do:

• Load and unload trucks using a forklift
• Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and bills of lading
• Label, sort, and move materials to designated storage areas
• Enter and track inventory using internal systems
• Pick up materials or parts for internal use as needed
• Assist with basic inspections and documentation for incoming parts

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• 1+ years experience working in Receiving Department
• Computer savvy
• Experience operating a forklift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift
• Comfortable using measuring tools like gauges or calipers
• Basic ability to read prints or part specifications
• Valid driver’s license
