Description: Provides customer service at the city facilities, including the Laguna Lake Golf Course pro-shop and the SLO Swim Center front counter; collects fees from patrons, processes daily/shift revenue paperwork, assists patrons with facility reservations, and keeps the facility clean and clear of litter.

CLASS CHARACTERISTICS:
This class is distinguished from other front counter positions in that it is part-time/seasonal and is only assigned to City recreation facilities.
SUPERVISION:
Employees in this classification work under the direct supervision of the divisional Recreation Coordinators and Specialist.
