Project Manager (Rebar/Steel industry)
Dallas, TX - Onsite, but it can be Hybrid for the right candidate

Relocation expenses will be paid for non-local applicants

Salary and Compensation:
The yearly salary for this position is between $80k - $100k per annum, base, Bonus $25k-$30k additionally/annum. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Must-haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field
• 3-10 years of experience as a rebar detailer or demonstrated construction project management experience.
• Ability to apply ACI codes and CRSI standards.
• Experience in customer relations and problem resolution.
• Basic knowledge of contract law, standard business practices, and human relations.
• Strong mathematical skills and communication skills
