About the Role:

Join CBRE's Healthcare Advisory team supporting a leading healthcare system with an extensive network of hospitals, outpatient facilities, and physician practices. As a Real Estate Senior Manager, you will oversee a diverse healthcare real estate portfolio, serving as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders while driving lease administration, transaction management, portfolio optimization, and property operations. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare and commercial real estate, supporting critical facilities that enable exceptional patient care

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the day-to-day management of a healthcare real estate portfolio, ensuring operational excellence across multiple properties.
  • Negotiate income and expense leases, subleases, licenses, and timeshare agreements on behalf of the client.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between tenants, healthcare stakeholders, and facility management teams.
  • Supervise and mentor 1-2 direct reports, providing coaching, development, and performance leadership.
  • Partner with legal counsel and client stakeholders on lease transactions, compliance matters, acquisitions, and dispositions.
  • Manage portfolio reporting, including operational metrics, financial performance, space utilization analysis, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Oversee lease administration processes, including critical date tracking, lease abstracts, renewals, estoppels, and SNDA requirements.
  • Support healthcare real estate compliance initiatives, Fair Market Value appraisal coordination, delinquency resolution, and due diligence activities.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years of commercial real estate, healthcare real estate, property management, or transaction management experience. Equivalent experience combinations will be considered.
  • Active Louisiana Real Estate License required or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.
  • Experience negotiating commercial leases and managing complex real estate transactions.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare real estate practices, including physician office space arrangements, licenses, and occupancy agreements.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations, including Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute requirements.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to supervise, develop, and mentor team members.
  • Advanced financial and analytical skills, including budgeting, reporting, lease analysis, and portfolio performance evaluation.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage executives, hospital leadership, legal counsel, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
