- Complete new agent training
- Manage lead and client records
- Assist with property showings and provide property details
- Coordinate visits and gather client feedback

- Attend training sessions and uphold professionalism
Qualifications:

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable driving and understanding client needs
- Proactive in lead follow-up; experience with CRM is a plus

Compensation is 100% commission-based.
