Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Collaborate with sales agents to help their clients find the perfect homes
• Share clear, written feedback to fine-tune clients’ home search preferences
• Assist in writing and negotiating offers alongside sales agents and clients
• Spend at least 10 hours a week generating new leads
• Take part in team activities to stay connected and engaged
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Keep track of your tasks and activities using PLACE Technology

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Real Estate license
• Enjoy connecting with people and take pride in building and nurturing professional relationships
• Have a genuine passion for helping others and a strong commitment to growing your real estate and leadership skills
• Motivated to develop your own business and succeed in the industry
