Compensation:$100,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Take an active role in lead generation to convert potential clients into successful closings. Utilize various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, networking, online marketing, and social media, to expand the client base and maximize sales opportunities
- Nurture and Convert Leads: Develop relationships with leads and nurture them through effective communication and follow-up strategies. Understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and guide them through the buying process to ensure a successful closing
- Conduct Property Research and Showings: Stay informed about the local real estate market, including current inventory, pricing trends, and neighborhood developments. Conduct property research to match clients with suitable listings, and schedule and conduct showings to showcase properties and highlight their unique features
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to create a positive buying experience for clients. Respond promptly to inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate and up-to-date information throughout the buying process. Build trust and rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships and generate referrals
