This full-time, 100% commission role is based in Fairfax and supports agents with training, clear expectations, and proven processes for buyers and sellers. New agents on the team commonly earn $40,000–$60,000 in their first full year with full-time effort.

Responsibilities

• Follow the team’s buyer and seller workflows from first contact to closing.
• Practice scripts and presentations until you can confidently lead meetings.
• Manage a growing database of contacts and stay in touch regularly.
• Coordinate with operations for smooth contract-to-close.
• Track your activity and results and review them in coaching sessions.
• Show up prepared for appointments and team meetings.

Qualifications

• New or recently licensed Virginia real estate agent, or near completion of licensing.
• Strong desire to learn and take feedback.
• Comfortable in a structured environment with activity standards.
• Understanding that income is based on production, not hours.
• Reliable transportation in Fairfax County and North Arlington.
