Real Estate Sales Agent

Summary

Castle Real Estate Group is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven real estate agent with at least one year of licensed experience. This role is designed for agents ready to grow within a high-performing, repeat-and-referral focused team while receiving support in marketing, systems, operations, and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and past clients
• Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations
• Prospect daily through calls, events, open houses, and networking
• Manage transactions from contract to close
• Attend team meetings, trainings, and community events
• Utilize CRM systems to track clients and follow-up tasks
• Deliver exceptional client experience to generate repeat and referral business
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams for client support

Qualifications

• Active Arizona real estate license for at least 1 year
• Closed transactions within the last 12 months preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
• Organized and coachable
• Familiarity with CRM systems and social media marketing is a plus
