Real Estate Representative-Level 3 - Senior (11 - 15 Years)
Location: Juno Beach, Florida (Onsite)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Real Estate Representative responsible for evaluating, negotiating, and securing land rights, including fees, leases, and easements. This role involves managing the leasing of company-owned properties, handling the disposal of surplus land, and resolving land-related conflicts. The representative will work closely with developers, regulatory agencies, and property owners to facilitate land use agreements and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelors degree is required.
Experience: This position requires 11 to 15 years of relevant experience in real estate or land acquisition.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Work Requirements
Driving will be required as part of this positions duties. The candidate must hold a valid, non-restricted drivers license with no alcohol or drug-related driving offenses within the previous five years and no current license suspension or restrictions.
Per diem and mobility/demobilization expenses are not available for this assignment.
Compensation
The pay rate for this position ranges from $27.00 to $34.00 per hour.
