Responsibilities include posting job openings on major job boards, managing the entire hiring process, providing regular recruiting updates, and engaging with candidates through various communication channels.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at recognizing talent, with at least 2 years of recruiting experience in real estate or similar fields.
Qualifications include experience with job postings, strong communication and writing skills, a college degree, and excellent time management.
Compensation is $75,000 per year.
