Real Estate Paralegal
Miami, FL | Hybrid

Established law firm is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to support a busy real estate practice handling sophisticated commercial and residential transactions. This role will work closely with attorneys, clients, title companies, municipalities, and third-party vendors throughout all phases of real estate matters.

Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and organize real estate transaction documents including deeds, leases, purchase agreements, assignments, easements, and closing packages.
Coordinate and manage commercial and residential real estate closings from contract through post-closing.
Review title commitments, surveys, legal descriptions, and due diligence materials.
Order and review UCC, judgment, bankruptcy, tax lien, and related searches.
Track closing deliverables and ensure recording and compliance requirements are satisfied.
Communicate directly with clients, attorneys, title companies, lenders, municipalities, and outside vendors.
Assist with zoning, land use, permitting, and property research matters as needed.
Maintain transaction files and manage multiple active matters simultaneously.
Support attorneys with special projects and other real estate-related matters.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of Real Estate Paralegal experience within a law firm.
Strong experience supporting real estate transactions and closings.
Experience with title review, due diligence, and closing coordination.
Knowledge of deeds, leases, purchase agreements, easements, and related real estate documentation.
Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Paralegal Certificate, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
