Real Estate Services Coordinator
Austin, TX - Onsite Role.

Duration: Currently a firm duration of 6-8 weeks but there is a possibility to extend out to 6 months.
Convert to Perm: Not at this time. If extended to 6 months duration then will be a possibility.

Shift / Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm

This will be covering the phones, keeping track of work orders, ordering office supplies, and processing invoices (coding invoices). On a client site, this person is front desk coverage. The client does get walk ins but mostly from deliveries and occasionally from tenants. This is at the Aboretum in Austin. Business causal environment. This person will be opening and closing the office so need to have reliable transportation.
Must Haves: Strongly want someone with commercial background vs residential but open to residential. Preference is commercial.

Like to Haves: Customer services - front facing.
Interview Process: 1st round video interview (30 mins) and 2nd round in person (1 hour)

About the Role:
As a *** Real Estate Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing customer service support to tenants and vendors.
This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.

What You'll Do:
• Assist the team with various administrative tasks. This includes answering phones, communicating with tenants, filing and copying.
• Maintain files, including insurance certificates and leases.
• Work with Building Technicians and vendors to compile a list of maintenance items.
• Partake in lease administration activities including lease set up, lease changes, reporting etc.
• Submit invoices for payment by inputting them into the accounting system. Forward original invoices to accounting for payment.
• Engage in rent collection communications and phone contact with tenant where permitted.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

What You'll Need:
• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups
