The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in real estate litigation, including all phases of legal disputes such as filings, discovery, drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; taking and defending depositions and advocating in state and federal court.The candidate must be conscientious, detail-oriented, and have strong organizational, analytical, and drafting skills. This role requires the ability to handle a high volume of work, prioritize effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision. This is an opportunity to become an integral member of a dynamic real estate litigation practice. No portable business is required, but a plus.
