The ideal candidate will have 1–4 years of experience in real estate litigation. Experience should include all phases of legal disputes including filings, discovery, drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; taking and defending depositions and advocating in state and federal court.The candidate must be conscientious, extremely detail-oriented and have strong organizational, analytical, and drafting skills. Position requires the ability to handle a high volume of work, prioritize appropriately, and work independently with minimal supervision. This is a great opportunity to become an integral member of a dynamic real estate litigation practice. No portable business is required, but a plus.
