Compensation:

$120,000+ at plan commission


Responsibilities:
  • Attend pre-scheduled appointments with motivated buyers and sellers set by our ISA team
  • Follow the team's proven selling framework from appointment to signed contract
  • Negotiate offers and contracts with support from our team
  • Work with transaction coordinators and marketing staff to close deals smoothly
  • Participate in weekly training and coaching sessions
  • Stay current on Charleston market trends to serve clients well

Qualifications:
  • Valid South Carolina real estate license (required)
  • Coachable — willing to follow a proven system and take direction
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to showing up
  • Ability to build genuine rapport and trust with clients
  • Located in or willing to serve the Charleston tri-county area


No long track record required. We have agents who started with zero experience and built thriving businesses here. We're looking for coachability, commitment, and the right attitude.


Compensation:

Commission-based | Up to 90% split
