• 2–8 years of real estate finance, commercial lending, banking, or finance experience
• Experience representing lenders, borrowers, private equity sponsors, investment funds, financial institutions, REITs, or institutional investors
• Experience with acquisition financings, construction loans, mortgage lending, syndicated lending, mezzanine financing, and other commercial real estate finance transactions
• Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, loan documents, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, guaranties, and related financing documents
• Experience managing complex financing transactions from structuring through closing
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work directly with clients and transaction teams
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Florida bar admission preferred or ability to become admitted
