Responsibilities

  • Lead in business with ownership, accountability, and clear production goals
  • Consistently generate and convert opportunities through lead generation
  • Execute PLACE proven systems and models designed to create scalable results
  • Track performance in PLACE technology and adjust based on data and growth strategies
  • Contribute to a culture of growth, collaboration, and high standards
  • Utilize CRM tools and operational support
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire real estate process

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license required
  • 5+ years of real estate sales experience preferred*
  • Value systems, operational clarity, and scalable growth over reactive production
  • Open to collaboration, accountability, and implementing proven models that create leverage
  • Understand that sustainable growth requires leadership, structure, and consistency
  • Recognize that proximity to high-level operators accelerates growth
  • Looking to expand your business without sacrificing client experience or culture
  • Interested in creating long-term scalability, stability, and wealth through strategic partnership and operational support
  • Team structure may include 2 or more people

*If you have fewer than 5 years of experience, recent production, leadership, and growth trajectory may also be considered.
