**Responsibilities:**
- Work daily with high-intent buyer leads and online inquiries
- Make outbound calls and follow up to set consultations
- Conduct buyer consultations to understand client goals
- Educate clients on local market conditions
- Schedule showings and attend open houses
- Guide buyers through the purchase process from start to finish
- Write and negotiate offers collaboratively
- Coordinate with agents, lenders, and escrow teams
- Follow team systems, scripts, and follow-up processes
**Qualifications:**
- Active or soon-to-be California real estate license
- Strong communication and client engagement skills
- Coachable, motivated, and competitive
- Ability to manage multiple buyers and follow up consistently
- Comfortable working with assigned leads and making outbound calls
- Willing to learn consultations, negotiations, and contracts
- Reside in Contra Costa or Solano County and familiar with the local market
