Bricker Graydon Wyatt is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join its growing Real Estate team in the Cincinnati, Lexington and/or Louisville markets.The ideal candidate will have 6+ years' experience representing public and private companies on sophisticated real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and dispositions, retail and industrial leasing, land use, zoning, and real estate development matters. This position requires familiarity with property due diligence, title and survey review, experience working with title companies, and knowledge of local codes and ordinances. Experience representing both borrowers and large financial institutions in complex real estate finance transactions is a plus. The successful candidate will typically first-chair real estate transactions and work directly with clients.ResponsibilitiesCo‑chair real estate transactions; manage client relationships; conduct due diligence; review title and survey information; liaise with title companies; interpret local codes and ordinances; advise clients on real estate finance matters; coordinate work with multiple attorneys on diverse assignments; office location may be flexible.Qualifications6+ years' experience in sophisticated real estate transactions; strong academic credentials; high ethical standards; excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively; strong project‑management skills and experience working on multiple assignments.Compensation and BenefitsThe anticipated pay range is $175,000–$200,000, based on experience and education.
