    Description

    Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick seeks a real estate associate with at least four years of commercial experience to handle sophisticated, challenging real estate matters for clients in Florida and nationwide. This position may be based in our Tampa or St. Petersburg office.The role will focus on negotiating and drafting commercial real estate documents, including (but not limited to) purchase agreements, commercial leases, easements, and land use documents. Candidates should have experience conducting real estate due diligence, including title insurance examination and issuance, title survey, and zoning review. Familiarity with financing and experience in real estate matters is required.
