Billable Hours: 1,850 annually (Flexible)About the FirmOur client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Litigation Attorney with substantial experience in civil litigation , specifically real estate and landlord-tenant matters . The successful candidate will be confident managing all phases of litigation independently and have a proven track record of handling matters from case inception through trial .ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage a diverse caseload of real estate and landlord-tenant litigation matters from inception through trial.Represent clients in a broad range of commercial and residential real estate disputes, lease disputes, unlawful detainer actions, and other landlord-tenant matters.Handle all aspects of trial preparation, including witness preparation, exhibits, and trial strategy.Meet annual billable hour expectations while maintaining high-quality legal work.QualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Active membership in the California State Bar.2+ years of civil litigation experience , with a strong emphasis on real estate and landlord-tenant litigation .Strong courtroom advocacy, deposition, motion practice, and negotiation skills.Salary and Other CompensationThe annual salary for this position is between $180k-$300k.
