This position plays a key role in guiding smooth closings, resolving title matters, and delivering exceptional service to clients, Realtors, and lenders.Primary Responsibilities Review title commitments, title searches, and legal documentsAssist with title curative matters and resolving title defectsPrepare and review deeds, affidavits, and closing documentsSupport residential and commercial real estate closingsCommunicate with Realtors, lenders, buyers, sellers, and internal staffEnsure transactions comply with Indiana & Kentucky real estate lawsProvide legal guidance related to title and closing processesMaintain organized and timely file management throughout transactionsHelp create a smooth, professional closing experience for all parties involvedPreferred Qualifications Licensed attorney in Indiana (Kentucky license a plus)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and client service abilitiesAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPositive, team-oriented attitude with professionalism and integrity#J-18808-Ljbffr
