Real Estate Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team in Miami with pay starting at 200K. As a Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on real estate transactions, contracts, agreements, and disputes.

Responsibilities:

• Review and draft real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and mortgage documents
• Conduct due diligence on real estate properties
• Negotiate real estate deals and contracts
• Provide legal advice on zoning, land use, and environmental issues
• Represent clients in real estate litigation matters

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing real estate law
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
