Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Attorney. The role entails supporting commercial real estate and other enterprise contracting needs, contributing to critical projects and transactions in a dynamic legal team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the review and negotiation of commercial real estate leases independently.
- Evaluate legal risks and disputes in leasing agreements, provide guidance on risk management and policy compliance.
- Execute special projects and tasks to tackle unique legal challenges and support new business initiatives.
- Interact effectively with various business units to provide legal and strategic advice.
- Manage a broad spectrum of legal issues efficiently, maintaining high standards of legal and business conduct.
Must-Have Skills:- Proficient in commercial leases and contracting concepts.
- Strong skill set in negotiation and risk management.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Industry Experience:
Extensive experience in real estate law, preferably within large national or international business settings.
