This full-time Real Estate Associate role at Monumental Powered by PLACE is for agents who prefer a team environment over working solo. Based at 3950 University Drive, you will work with buyers and sellers while leveraging shared marketing, operations, and coaching. Compensation is 100% commission, with typical early-career earnings of $40,000–$60,000 and higher potential as you grow your client base.

Responsibilities

• Use team-provided marketing and listing templates for consistent branding.
• Coordinate with the Director of Operations and assistants to manage transaction details.
• Maintain your task list and deadlines in the CRM and checklists.
• Attend weekly team meetings to review numbers and pipeline.
• Support teammates at open houses or showings as needed.
• Share best practices with peers to improve overall performance.

Qualifications

• Virginia real estate license and commitment to full-time production.
• Preference for working within a team structure.
• Comfortable with CRM, email, and basic presentations.
• Strong communication and follow-through.
• Fully commission-based income is acceptable.
