Direct Counsel represents a prestigious AmLaw firm seeking a Mid-level to Senior Real Estate Associate to join its Chicago, Pittsburgh, Raleigh, or Seattle office.
Locations: Chicago, IL | Pittsburgh, PA | Raleigh, NC | Seattle, WA Experience: 3–8 Years Compensation: $225,000–$400,000

Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
3–8 years of real estate transactional experience
Experience in a sophisticated law firm environment preferred
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
