Real Estate Associate Attorney
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Real Estate Practice Group, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial real estate and financing transactions, including mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels, and resorts.
Our client is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of real estate law experience to join their Real Estate Practice Group in Dallas, Houston, Miami, Milwaukee, Orlando, or Tampa.
Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate documents related to real estate and financing transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, easements, CC&Rs, development-related agreements, and property management agreements
Provide counsel to clients on various aspects of real estate law, including commercial real estate transactions, financing, and development
Collaborate with partners and clients to deliver exceptional results and build strong relationships
Conduct thorough research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the firm's practice areas and industries
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on commercial real estate and financing transactions
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-approved law school
Active membership in the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where you are admitted to practice
Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in real estate development and joint venture work
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and laws
Strong academic credentials and a record of achievement
