Experience: Five (5) years of experience as a commercial/industrial real estate appraiser, including experience providing guidance and training to staff in appraisal, as well as preparing and presenting appeal cases.
Education and Training:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Additional coursework or training in real estate assessment and/or construction is preferred.
License or Certificate:
Certified General Real Estate Appraisers License is required.
Possession of, or the ability to obtain within two (2) weeks of employment, a valid Colorado Drivers License.
Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
Requires travel throughout the County to perform appraisals.
May be exposed to extreme temperatures when working outdoors.
