We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Real Estate Specialist in Middleton, Wisconsin. This is a pivotal role that requires a dynamic individual with a strong real estate background and proven client management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing real estate transactions, from initial client consultation to closing, including property valuation, negotiation, and market analysis.

Responsibilities:
Guide and advise clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process for residential and/or commercial properties.
Oversee the preparation of listing agreements, purchase offers, contracts, and closing documents.
Ensure all real estate transactions comply with Wisconsin real estate laws, fair housing regulations, and industry best practices.
Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, client retention, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
Participate in client meetings, property showings, and open houses to discuss needs and address concerns.

Qualifications:
3+years of experience in public infrastructure, negotiation, commercial real estate, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, lenders, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
