Here's the Role:

Do you thrive conducting data analysis? If so, we are seeking to find a detail-orientated Senior Real Estate Analyst to join our team! In this position, you will assess property ownership rights to prepare for acquisitions and determine the extent of LCRA and LCRA TSA parcels. Lead the development of cost estimates and budget projects for multimillion-dollar critical infrastructure projects statewide in Texas. This individual will also be expected to leverage their appraisal knowledge to assist with land cost projects. Be a part of growing company as we invest over $8.5 billion on capital projects over the next five years to meet the growing demands of the ERCOT grid and LCRA TSC! 

How You’ll Contribute:
  • Leverage data analytics to uncover actionable insights.  
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine business strategies based on analytical findings. 
  • Generate comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. 
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 
  • Lead and manage analytical projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. 
How You’re Qualified:
  • Nine or more years of experience in real estate appraisal, land acquisition, title research, landowner relations, contract negotiation, or utility infrastructure project coordination or other relevant experience.
  • A degree(s) in real estate, project management, business, law, engineering, environmental science, geographic information systems, or a relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
  • Driver's license
How You’ll Stand Out:
  • Proficient in data analytics. 
  • Proficient in real estate analysis and title research. 
  • Experience in land acquisition within the utility industry.
