Responsibilities

  • Complete PLACE Launch training program
  • Consistently implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
  • Proactively engage in cold calling and outreach to convert prospects into signed buyer agreements and identify suitable homes
  • Skillfully negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Host a minimum of two open houses each month
  • Transform cold calls and other lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
  • Actively participate in weekly script practice sessions to enhance outreach effectiveness
  • Engage fully in team activities in accordance with team standards
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Consult with sellers to secure listings and develop effective marketing strategies
  • Provide expert guidance on pricing, staging, and other essential listing services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
