Responsibilities

• Successfully finish the PLACE Launch program.
• Build and nurture robust client relationships by comprehending their unique real estate requirements and guiding them through the process of buying and selling.
• Utilize our proven models, systems, and tools to market properties efficiently, maximizing exposure and attracting prospective buyers or tenants.
• Conduct thorough property evaluations and market analysis to provide clients with accurate pricing and market information.
• Collaborate and engage with other agents, brokers, and industry professionals to expand your network and enhance your real estate knowledge.

Qualifications

• You possess a natural drive for sales and a competitive edge.
• Skilled in building relationships, attentive to others' needs, and adept at finding solutions.
• Excels in prospecting and generating leads.
• Naturally adept at handling objections.
• Strong communicator with a dedication to service excellence.
• Capable of collaborating effectively with others.
• A true team player.
• Must hold a real estate license in Washington State or in Real Estate school to join our team.
• Preferably 1-3+ years of sales experience (New to the field? We encourage you to apply!)
• Excellent in both written and verbal communication.
• Eager to learn and focused on growth.
• Well-organized and prepared.
• Open to learning scripts and dialogues.
• Exceptional time management abilities.
