Responsibilities

  • Oversee contract management and coordinate the transaction process to facilitate a seamless closing
  • Negotiate terms of property sales between buyers and sellers
  • Keep potential buyers thoroughly informed about the dynamics of the local real estate market
  • Collaborate effectively with administrative staff to support client needs
  • Reach out to and follow up with pre-qualified leads to understand their home preferences and requirements

Qualifications

  • Friendly and approachable with a positive mindset and a willingness to learn
  • Owns a dependable vehicle and has a valid driver’s license
  • Flexible and able to work around buyers’ schedules
  • Customer service experience or some background in real estate is a plus
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented
  • Holds a valid Delaware or Pennsylvania real estate license before working with clients (ask us about our free real estate education program)
  • Lives within about 40 miles of Wilmington, ZIP code 19803
  • Has a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Authorized to work in the United States
