What You'll Be Doing:

• Follow a guaranteed system to generate buyers and sellers every week
• Convert warm, incoming leads using battle-tested scripts and tools
• Set and hold qualified buyer and seller consultations
• Analyze client goals and help them win in this market
• Negotiate deals with confidence—on both sides of the table
• Master the PLACE Launch program so you're not just licensed, you're equipped
• Host open houses that actually drive business (2 per month)
• Convert your prospecting into appointments—and your appointments into contracts
• Become a neighborhood and pricing expert
• List homes, market them with pro tools, and build a name people remember
• Participate in weekly coaching, training, and script practice to sharpen your edge
• Show up as a business owner, not just an agent—we’ll show you how

• 3+ years in real estate sales preferred, but hungry rookies will be considered
