The Panozzo Team is hiring a Real Estate Sales Agent to join a high-performance residential sales team operating across Maricopa County, AZ. We’re not looking for part-timers or dabblers — we’re looking for serious, full-time agents ready to scale production fast.
Compensation
- 1099 commission-only role (independent contractor)
- $150k - $325k + on-target earnings

What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of real estate transactions
- Convert inbound and self-generated leads into closed deals
- Attend: Monday 10AM team meeting (required) & Thursday sales training (expected)
- Complete a 4–6 week in-office onboarding ramp
- Work closely with the team and transaction coordinator on active deals
- Represent the team at events, open houses, and networking opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Active Arizona real estate license (Day 1 — non-negotiable)
- 1+ year of active real estate experience
- Background in 100% commission-based sales
- Full-time commitment — not a side hustle
- Financial runway to build pipeline (30–90 days)
- Coachable, competitive, and driven to grow
