Responsibilities
- Active Lead Generation: You will spend dedicated time daily connecting with prospects and following up with leads. Why: Conversations are the lifeblood of this business; without a full pipeline, you cannot deliver the dream of homeownership.
- Mastering Open Houses: You will host strategic, professional open houses to engage with the community. Why: This is a critical way to build your local database face-to-face and capture active clients in our unique regional market.
