Responsibilities

  • Work Zillow Flex leads, delivering prompt, professional follow-up to convert inquiries into clients.
  • Provide buyers and sellers with knowledgeable guidance throughout the real estate process.
  • Attend team trainings, mentorship sessions, and coaching designed to help new agents build confidence and skills.
  • Conduct property showings, prepare offers, and negotiate contracts under team guidance.
  • Leverage CRM tools and team-provided technology to track and manage leads effectively.
  • Collaborate with an experienced team to learn best practices, scripts, and strategies that drive results.
  • Deliver excellent client service to build a reputation that supports repeat and referral business.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • Proven success in residential real estate sales with a consistent record of closed transactions.
  • Strong ability to convert online leads (Zillow Flex, Realtor.com, etc.) into loyal clients and closed deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • In-depth knowledge of local market trends, neighborhoods, and property values.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems, lead management tools, and virtual showing platforms.
  • Highly responsive and organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the drive to contribute to and thrive within a top-producing real estate team.
