As a Real Estate Agent with Team Tringali, your primary responsibility will be to expertly guide buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate journey. Responsibilities

    You will prepare competitive offers and negotiate terms on behalf of your clients. This directly impacts your ability to win deals in a competitive market and protect your clients’ best interests.
  • Generate and follow up with leads consistently
    You will actively work lead generation activities through proven systems, calls, and follow-ups. This is essential because a steady pipeline is what creates predictable income in real estate.
  • Conduct property showings and host open houses
    You will present homes to buyers and engage with potential clients during open houses. This builds relationships, increases exposure for listings, and creates new opportunities for conversions.
  • Convert seller leads into listings

Qualifications

We are looking for a driven, growth-minded real estate professional who is ready to build a consistent production business with the support of a high-performing team at Team Tringali.

  • Active New Hampshire Real Estate License (REQUIRED)
    You must be a licensed real estate professional in New Hampshire or actively working toward licensure. This ensures you are qualified to represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.
  • Sales-driven and intrinsically motivated
    You are competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results. Success in this role comes from consistent action, follow-through, and a strong internal drive to win.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    You excel at building rapport, listening to client needs, and clearly communicating solutions. These skills are essential for converting leads into clients and clients into closed transactions.
  • Experience in real estate sales or transferable sales background (preferred 2+ years)
    Prior experience in real estate, sales, or client-facing roles is highly valued. It helps you ramp up faster in lead conversion, negotiations, and client management. Newly licensed agents are also welcome
  • Skilled in prospecting and lead generation mindset
    You are comfortable initiating conversations, following up consistently, and generating new business opportunities. This is a core driver of long-term income in real estate.
