Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Launch program
- Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes
- Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
- Maintain and update tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Host two open houses each month
- Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice as per team standards
- Participate in team activities according to team standards
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Advise sellers, secure listings, and market their homes
- Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
Qualifications
- Self-driven sales enthusiast with a competitive edge

- Skilled in prospecting and generating leads
- Naturally adept at handling objections

- 3+ years of experience in real estate sales
